Returns and Refunds Policy

We have worked hard to source items of excellent quality and thoroughly inspect our products for any defects before dispatch.

You are advised to check your item on receipt of your order and report any issues with the products immediately. Quality issues must be reported via email: customerservice@lurvebags.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. After investigation you can have the option of getting a replacement or alternatively get a full refund on the product. or buy something else(with the difference in price being refunded by us or paid for by yourself). Refunds on quality issues outside this period will be made on the advice of the manufacturer.

Where a refund has been requested this will be made via the method of payment used at the time of purchase to prevent fraudulent card use and the refund will be processed on receipt of your return (normally within 30 days). You will be emailed advising your returns reference and return label. Please note postage will not be refunded and you will be expected to pay for sending the product back via recorded delivery in its original packaging as can't be held responsible for lost items . You will be expected to package products as they were. Products with damage resulting from poor packing and products that have been tampered with will not be refunded.

If you are simply unhappy with your purchase or change your mind you have 14 days in which to return the product in its original packaging (tags where applicable) and unused condition. We will not refund any used items and should you return a used item you will be expected to pay for its return as well as pay a £5 processing fee. The product will be returned when the funds clear.

Please note some of our products are handmade and deliberately manufactured with a worn feel they therefore will vary and may have marks or discolouration as part of the design. Colours and features may vary slightly because of lighting used when taking pictures.

Our deliveries are insured and trackable so in the event of the goods going missing in transit we will replace the original order where possible.

Payments

Payment is via Paypal secure check out this enables you to pay for your purchases without revealing your cards details to us. If you encounter any problems, please use the contact form on the Contact Us section of the website or email lurvebagspaypal@lurvebags.co.uk .

We will soon be accepting telephone orders, cheques, bank transfers and postal orders, please watch the site for updates.

Delivery

Unfortunately orders can only be dispatched to the same address that your card is registered, to prevent any fraudlent use of your cards but this will be different with other payment methods that are yet to be introduced.

Stock

If you place an order on a product that is out of stock you will be notified of the estimated delivery and if it is unsuitable you can cancel the order and obtain a full refund.

Price

Lurve Bags reserves the right to change prices at any time but this will not affect any orders placed except in the case where wrong prices have been published in error.
